After a couple visits of shame to the Wal-Mart Salon for hair cuts this past year, I made an appointment at a real salon. You know, the kind you don't sign in and wait by your cart for your turn? I almost forgot what it was like to have a whole block of time with my name on it in someone's appointment book. It's very un-Wal-Mart-y and I'm sorry, Sexy Beast, but I'm not going back to WM. I was going to chop it all off and then I wasn't and then I was... I'm not really sure what I had decided when I left the house but when I returned, this is what I had done... pay no attention to that gigantic, bulbous, second head emerging from the side of my face

I'm having some Chopper's Remorse today because I was going to let it grow and have long beautiful hair like everyone else seems to have but like usual, I punked out and chopped it off again, hence the Chopper's Remorse. Oh well, might as well roll with it. I made another appointment for next week to get some major fire engine red highlights put in. I'll probably have her stack up the back some more also. Stay tuned for that update.
My new stylist told me that she had 6 children and I responded with a heartfelt 'Bless your heart'. She smiled a knowing smile and said "Honey, I'm from the south, I know a 'sucks to be you' 'Bless your heart' when I hear one." Doh! Me thinks I'll keep her!

I have just recently switched from the $13 Walk-in places to a nice salon!! O.M.G!! To have someone wash my hair!!! Love it!
Yeah, my husband guilted me into go to el-Cheapo haircut place two weekends ago, where they cut off way too much. So now my husband can suck it up--I'll stick with my waaaaay more expensive stylist who knows how to follow directions! (I even brought a friggin' picture and they still screwed it up!!)

i love it!! i am at the point of growing out my hair...i ended up cutting more off cause i am at that aggravating point. but the more i think about it the more i realize i would probably just put it up in a pony tail if it was long...so midlength it is...

Love the Bob, I'm wearing one myself. One thing that I refused to give up regardless of price was my salon visits. I deserve it and I'm booked every 2 weeks until the end of 2010, yes I am.
