Once upon a time I got proof that someone actually reads my blog. My fabulous readers honored me with awards and I'm an ungrateful brat and did not accept in a timely manner. It's like I thought I was Dooce or something. I have since looked at my stats and come to realize that I am indeed not Dooce. Not by a long shot.

Many moons ago In My Mind It's Always Funny gave me this award. I'd seen this one on other blogs and was kinda pissed not to have one of my very own for so long. And then I get one and what do I do? Sit on it for over a month. Like I said, ungrateful. You'll forgive me, won't you, B?

Just a month? I misplaced some awards. I deleted some award notices by accident out of my email and now can't find it in my comment box either. I am kicking myself for it.

Hmm I don't have many awards either, but then you have to have readers, and I guess you do! Congrats on your awards, on time or late, it doesn't matter really you were given them and to my knowledge they do not "expire".
